Professional

Craig has nearly thirty years of extensive, diversified litigation experience. Craig honed his skills at some of the country’s most distinguished law firms, before gaining invaluable experience as General Counsel for Beverly Hills Properties. In 2005, Craig moved back into private practice, continuing his concentration upon a varied docket of complex commercial, trade secrets, employment and intellectual property litigation matters. In addition to his own practice, Craig also serves as Of Counsel to Davidson Law Group, an intellectual property boutique.

Craig has a long and distinguished track record in successfully representing both individuals and companies in all aspects of complex commercial, trade secret, employment, intellectual property and general civil litigation actions, and has been certified as Class Counsel in numerous class action matters.

Education

Craig received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major concentration in Finance, from Texas State University in 1987, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 1990, Craig received his Juris Doctorate, with Honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.

Personal

Craig has been extremely active with both the North American Boxing Federation and the World Boxing Council since 1999, serving as President and in other executive roles, on numerous committees, as a legal advisor and as a Supervisor for regional and World title bouts. In addition to providing him the opportunity to travel the globe and attend countless championship bouts, Craig’s work in boxing has taught him many valuable lessons that he strives to apply to his daily practice of law, including the value of superior strategy, hard work, planning, dedication and the ability to overcome unexpected obstacles.
